Installed In a Jiffy and Great Job

They were quick, clean and did a great job.

Geek squad was a joke

Guys arrived, looked at my old dishwasher and said I needed a electrician and a plumber. And if your going to hire them you might as well have them install it. They left and I never herd from them again. So I paid twice to get it installed. Good dishwasher.

Timely arrival, quick install, perfect!

Tested unit, gave some good tips on what to use and how to be efficient in loading and running machine! Overall, Very Happy with Product and Install!

Install gone wrong - new dishwasher

Couldn’t have asked for better people. However, the first time they showed, they did not have the proper drain hose. They turned in an order for said hose and told us we would be notified to reschedule. Weeks went by and nothing about rescheduling. So, I called support. They said to do the schedule through the app and buy the hose myself. I did. When the techs returned for the install, they used the old hose, causing me to waste money on the new one and suffer the long wait and frustration. Hence, the low score. Best Buy’s system broke down and the efforts of the individuals involved saved the day. About this time, I received a call from Magnolia to come to my home to assist in recommending a new surround system. Needless to say, if Best Buy can’t manage the installation of the dishwasher, I’m not letting you anywhere near a $10k sound system.

He ensured that the dishwasher was working correctly and also gave training on all features of the dishwasher. Great Job!!!
