It certainly did not take very long, I was a little disappointed that it did not come with a manuel. Everything is on line I was told.

Best buy could not deliver on time as promised, so they had an outside contractor take care of the installation. Gorilla Joe Inc took care of the installation, communication over the phone were good and Joe did a good job on installation and removing the old unit.

Installation and old dishwasher haul-away was precise and professional. The item was open-box - but flawlessly delivered/installed, using Totaltech support.

When they came to install, they said I had to have a plumber come to replace a shut-off valve, even though mine was not corroded or rusted. I had to pay a plumber to come days later over $173. He didn't know why they couldn't have installed it. The second time Best Buy came it went fine but I had to take off work 3 times and be delayed in getting it installed.

My installer was great. Took his time to show how the dishwasher worked and some ways to keep it clean. Great Guy. Hope if i need to purchase more items again, he is the one to install.

It was easy to install. The stainless steal goes really well in my kitchen. The backsplash pulls in some of the colors making for a fantastic overall kitchen.

Great product but clanging its tray levels may not allow its door to latch

The installation guys were great - very efficient and careful. They pointed out a scratch on the front when they unpacked the dishwasher and told me what my options were and whom to contact.

The guys were great. My installation was the last of the day - about 8:00 pm. The guys were quick and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. Very personable.

Love this machine! Gets the dishes sparkling clean. Drying agent is recommended, and it's easy to clean the filter.

The install of a dishwasher went well. The installer was about 5 hours late though and came at almost 9 PM when it was supposed to be between 12-4 PM.

The installation team did an excellent job removing my old dishwasher and installing my new one. They were fantastic.
