The gentleman that installed our dishwasher was the most polite installer we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very nice, clean, polite, and even let our little one help. Never laid his tools on the counter, he laid his tools on a cloth on our floor.

When you open the door it drops and it's heavy, no spring action so it's very annoying to say the least.

They call you the day before to remind you about the installation time. The following day, the day of the actual installation, they call you with a more precise time framework to let you know when they will be at your place to install the appliance.

We had some issues with our Samsung dishwasher and decided to go with the Bosch. Best Buy was very easy to work with for the replacement and installation.

I had to have these guys come three times because of problems with my dishwasher being delivered. First it didn't fit then the factory had the wrong model. They were pleasant professional and worth the help of the store manager they were accommodating and prompt.

Installation is good. I kept 4 star as the guy did not help me to understand the basic functionality to use. He asked me to review the user manual.

The dishwasher installation went great, unlike the appointments that were screwed up so many times we just called an outside contractor to complete the installation of our Nest thermostat install.

Last installer was good and everything finally went as it should have but took 3 months to get an installer. First one never showed up and second one canceled teh day off. Customer service quite unhelpful as they put you back at the end of the queue . Spent literals over 10 hours to try to schedule the installation... just bad experience

Installation didn’t go as planned. They weren’t able to unhook my current dishwasher because it was hard wired. I had my friend who’s an electrician come out and unhook the hard wired dishwasher and update the outlet behind the sink with a 3 prong outlet, and rescheduled the install which took a minute bc the techs that came out closed out the job as completed instead of incomplete so I had to call like 3 separate times till I got the right person They rescheduled it only for it to come up to that day and they didn’t show up in between the times they said so I called and apparently they weren’t able to make it due to weather but Was just never going to call me to let me know. So I installed it myself. And got a refund never going thru Best Buy for an install again.

3rd major appliance I have had installed by Best Buy and I have been impressed. Very considerate(I have new carpet!), polite, and they do a great job picking up after themselves.

Installers were polite and efficient and completed their task with a minimum of disruption.

Very pleased with the technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing my dishwasher.

The installation came free with the purchase of the dishwasher. I recommend this option, because if you bui it separately it's very expensive. They called in advance the day of delivery and gave me exact time of delivery. They removed for free the old unit.

The install crew for the dishwasher was great. they arrived on time and took care in installing our new dishwasher. they went above and beyond and even helped me carry a washer and dryer in that i had purchased but did not have them install.
