They were courteous and friendly, on time and all said and done they were clean. Hooked up my dishwasher and it only took about 20 minutes.

Took his time to show how the dishwasher worked and some ways to keep it clean. Great Guy. Hope if i need to purchase more items again, he is the one to install.

He ensured that the dishwasher was working correctly and also gave training on all features of the dishwasher. Great Job!!!

They pointed out a scratch on the front when they unpacked the dishwasher and told me what my options were and whom to contact.

The installer took time to make sure it was properly installed, running correctly and gave some basic tutorial instructions on the buttons and cycles. Everything was handled professionally.

I had to pay a plumber to come days later over $173. He didn't know why they couldn't have installed it. The second time Best Buy came it went fine but I had to take off work 3 times and be delayed in getting it installed.
