The installer was very knowledgeable and did the installation efficiently. Showed up within the promised time, finished the install in a reasonable time, cleaned up after the install and hauled away my old dish washer. What more can I ask?

on time, very courteous and respectful of family with kids and dog, had to make an additional purchase from installers that was not discussed in store to complete the installation.

This installer was great. Extremely friendly and personable. Even after my Great Dane tongue punched his ear! Great character and cleaned up after himself. Wish I could remember his name!!

I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher and also purchased the installation service from BestBuy. The technicians were very knowledgeable and installed it correctly. They took their time to do it right the first time. Highly recommended!!!

The installation of our dishwasher was performed with a well qualified technician arriving on time and installing the unit professionally to our requirements.

Our experience with dishwasher installation was ridiculously annoying. The installer person dropped off the new dishwasher and said he needed more supplies/tools. Was due back in a couple of days but never showed up. We contacted him; he promised to appear; but again was a no-show. We had to contact Best Buy and reschedule the installation appointment. We asked that a different installer person to be assigned. However, Best Buy sent the very same installer. This person did show up for the 2nd appointment and completed the installation. We like our new dishwasher but we were very disappointed in the lack of communication & lack of service originally demonstrated by this installer person. It didn't make a difference even when we asked Best Buy to send someone else. We expected better from Best Buy. The FAIR rating is for the installer and the installation experience.

Arrived earlier than expected. Did a great bob in an efficient and timely manner. Extra careful with the appliance and sorroundings!

The installation was fast and easy, the installers were very professional and knowledgeable. The appointment itself was a disaster. My appointments kept being cancelled, i would call BB set up an appointment, I would receive an e-mail confirming appointment, however, on the day of appointment no one shows up, I called BB set up an appointment, and the same thing would happen. It happened four times. Imagine the frustration of staying home from work and no one shows up. I finally went to my local BB store, I explained to her, Lauren, what was happening, she said “well, none of us here made the appointment, I dont know who were sending you those e-mail” she didn’t want to hear it...she made another appointment, I received the e-mail confirmation, I showed it to her, she looked at it and nodded that it was her that made the appointment. But, on the day of the appointment no one showed up... I went back to BB. And some else helped, it took 5 tries but, finally the dishwasher was installed.

Installation service is good but the price is expensive!

Installers were very professional and neat. Left the place spotless and explained everything thoroughly.

Much better than original install. Don’t remember who installed first time around, my mother was home. Second time around, my husband was home. Things going well.

Workers were sub contracted. Their biggest concern was how quick they could get out of my home, rather than being neat and tidy. Both installs were done well but I was not happy that they did NOT inform me an electrical box had to be installed under my sink, nor did they ask if the location they were installing it was okay with me (actually is not!) Would suggest being proactive with whomever comes to your house before the work begins!

First Installation appointment, there was no show. Not even curtesy email for no show. Then I have call and arrange a second installation appointment. Remember there is installation charge and haul away fee.

Delivery and installation was completed quickly and they were so nice

Best Buy planned which products would be best for the kitchen. The bundle was perfect. In-Home installation by professionals who know what they're doing is the only way to go!

Mark went out of his way to help me. He knew what to do with my awkward setup.
