The installer came to the door and I showed him to the kitchen. After he opened the box and made sure it was the right dishwasher, he went about removing the old and putting in the new. He was fast and quiet. I wish all installers were this wonderful!!!!!!

Talked to salesman on 4/21 and was told dishwasher was available for install 4/29. Ordered online 4/22 and selected install date of 4/29 as part of the checkout process. Received email 2 days later stating the need to schedule install. At that point 4/29 was not available. Contacted Geek Squad using online chat. Got transferred and subsequently disconnected 2 times. Finally called and was told the item was not in stock, which was wrong as it was confirmed with the salesman and online availability. On 5/1 installer arrived to install the dishwasher, yet it was still not delivered. Called BB and was told that was a mistake on the installers behalf and assured everything was set for 5/2 delivery and install. Received text 7am on 5/2 that installer was on the way. Never showed up. Called BB and was told by 10am. No show at 10:00. Called BB again and was told by 12:00pm. Get text at 2:00pm requesting new schedule date. Called BB AGAIN and was told there were 2 systems, install and delivery and they were not in sync for my order. Finally was installed on 5/6, 2 weeks after order was placed. I looked at other appliance stores on 4/22 and install was 10 days, which was the reason to go with BB. Totally frustrating experience and a waste of my time to call and wait around on the original install date 5/2. Will think twice before ordering an appliance from BB ever again.

Installer went out of the to complete the install. He took the time to explain the functionality and wanted to make sure with how the install looked.

The gentleman who installed it were WONDERFUL! They came when they said they would, they were polite, professional, and knowledgeable!

01/01/2020 - Purchased new dishwasher 01/13/2020 - New dishwasher delivered and installed. Damage to my cabinets during installation. New dishwasher not working properly after install, installers unable to make it work. Installers tell me they have notified Best Buy of the issue and someone will reach out to me to reschedule a replacement install. I wait four days, no one contacts me. 01/17/2020 - I call Best Buy to get a status on the replacement install. Customer service rep informs me this is the first she has heard of the issues and that installers never let them know. I inform rep that at this point I just want my money back, please set up a return and not an exchange. Set up return appointment for 01/21/2020 01/21/2020 - Service personnel no-show. No communication to me. No phone call. No text. No email. Just did not show up. This is after I coordinate with someone to be home, taking time out of their day for six hours, a full quarter of a day. I receive an email saying that my service is complete. I call customer service, they are confused, order shows “pending” so they are unable to make any modifications or reschedule the pickup. I tell them I am not happy. I get a phone call from a rep from my local store, he asks me to fill him in. I give him the details of what has happened so far. He asks what I want to happen, I tell him at this point I would like this “new” dishwasher picked up, my money back, and my old dishwasher reinstalled. Local rep tells me “let me see what I can do. I’ll call you back”. Local rep never calls me back. 01/22/2020 - I receive an email about my “scheduled uninstall” appointment on 01/25/2020 from 12:00pm - 6:00pm. This date/time never communicated to me in person, never agreed upon, simply schedule for me on my behalf. I call the local store to speak with the same rep I spoke with previously, he is unavailable so I speak with another rep. I inform the rep what is happening and that I was never consulted on this new 01/25/2020 window and that I will not be home for part of the window. Rep contacts service/delivery personnel and gets me an acceptable appointment window of 2:00PM - 5:00PM on 01/25/2020. 01/25/2020 - I ensure I am home during the narrower 2-5PM window. Uninstaller does not show during the agreed upon window. Service person arrives at 5:50PM, nearly an hour outside the agreed upon window, and with only 10 minutes to spare from the original 12:00PM - 6:00PM window. Uninstaller removes dishwasher and takes it with him. I sign paperwork for the refund. 02/04/2020 - Still have not received a refund 7 business days later (10 calendar days).

Last installer was good and everything finally went as it should have but took 3 months to get an installer. First one never showed up and second one canceled teh day off. Customer service quite unhelpful as they put you back at the end of the queue . Spent literals over 10 hours to try to schedule the installation... just bad experience

The Geek Squad got the old dishwasher out, and the new one in quickly. Everything looks good, and is working fine. I have always done my own installations in the past. But having someone who knew what they where doing handle it, this time, was great.

Be aware that the installers they use are private contractors and not Best Buy employees. They got the job done, but took a ridiculously long time to do so.

The dishwasher arrived, and upon installation, the installer noticed that the door was not closing correctly. Thus, I called and without too much discussion with anyone, set a date for another brand new appliance to be delivered and installed. I'm happy!

These guys were efficient and quick. They had to change out my electrical connection in order to be up to code. They did everything needed during the installation appointment. Great job!

Total Tech is absolutely worth the money based on the services they provide. Best Buy is very accommodating.
