Very professional installer left no mess in kitchen.

Friendly and professional installation crew just like all of the store associates.

Everything went according to plan: Date of installation happened, requested 2 hour time period was met (showed up at the 1.10 hr mark). Dishwasher installed & tested. Couldn't be happier!

3rd major appliance I have had installed by Best Buy and I have been impressed. Very considerate(I have new carpet!), polite, and they do a great job picking up after themselves.

Recommendation is not to use the old connections. This one has all the small things you need to hook up the dishwasher either by yourself of assisted. May be if you buy piece by piece you might save couple of bucks but, for me it is not worth the pain - this is perfect.

I was given a two hours bracket the night before. They called 30 minutes before showing up, right in the middle of the bracket! They protected the floor in the entrance and in the kitchen. When they were done, the kitchen was left spotless! Great team and superb job!

The technician that performed the dishwasher installation was extremely courteous and helpful. He kept me apprised of progress the entire time and made sure I understood how to use the dishwasher and explained the features thoroughly.

The installers were very professional and completed the installation quickly. They were also careful to be properly masked and to try to maintain the correct six feet or more of social distancing.

The installation of our dishwasher was performed with a well qualified technician arriving on time and installing the unit professionally to our requirements.

The product was great but my experience with installation was disaster. Seems best buy had a contract with third party for installation they never communicate each other. It take's them a month to instal dishwasher after multiple cancelation. I will never ever order from Best Buy.the third part from Lowe’s they are unprofessional.The dishwasher doesn’t drain after they instal but left a dishwasher with drainage issue. They told me to call and complain the problem to Best Buy. Even they didn’t attempt to trouble shoot. I end up hiring professional to fix for me.

The installation was great, guys were knowledgeable and very friendly, extremely helpful with the operation of the dishwasher. The bestbuy process however could be alot better.

On time delivery, the company that delivered the appliances were EXCEPTIONAL. Jose and the other man really we’re very knowledgeable in installing and the product. Cant say enough about those guys.

Te installers arrived with their face masks and gloves; called ahead to see if early arrival was ok and it was. They did their job, answered questions and started the dishwasher to demonstrate use. Good job!
