Installer did an excellent, wonderful job of installing our new KitchenAid dishwasher. Easily recommend him to any one I know.

Installation of replaced dishwasher was redundant because they had someone come out the week before to uninstall and leave old dishwasher (they didn't check to see that the handle stuck out too far and prevented cabinet drawer from opening), then come back and install new one a week later and take the old one. Seems they could have done it all in one trip.

The first installer damaged my dishwasher and did a HORRIBLE JOB. The second one was great.

Overall happy with install service. Only complaint is they didn’t put back the baseboard after install.

Despite the negative comments from the installer there were no problems with the install. He gave the odds at 50/50 that it would fit.

The gentleman who did our install was unable to complete the install as we needed a bracket that was not provided. He did what he could to secure it, but managed to scratch our cabinet trying to make it work.

Our installation technician was kind and considerate. He was knowledgeable and didn’t mind telling us what he was doing. He also let us watch and answer questions that arose. I’ve never had a technician treat me as nicely as this one did.

The crew called that they would be early because the stop ahead of me did not answer the phone so they took me first since I was ready. The were fast and very neat. When they left, they only way you that they were there was the new dishwasher.

The installers were very good. However we had a cabinet front install and they were not allowed to do that by Best Buy Policy. It seems quite silly to me that they are not allowed to complete the install or even recommend a third party. It left me with an incomplete job that I had to hustle around to complete. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

He did a great job installing our new dishwasher. He was very careful taking the old one out and putting the new one in so he didn’t scratch anything.
