A 3rd party installs and had a few issues with the setup of appt. the gentleman that installed was wonderful even offer to come back if had and trouble

I wish I could not even give it a star. Purchased unit online and set an appointment for install when I paid. Then I got an email saying I needed to set a date for install. Weird so went back online and noticed the date I originally set was now not available. Next available date was two weeks out from that date so that was frustrating. Then plumber shows up and I get notified I’m going to have to pay more because bestbuy didn’t cover the full amount needed for the install. Nice little hidden cost I had zero knowledge of. Paid that and let them do their thing. Then plumber says the cord they brought is too short by about 2 inches and asked if I had an extension cord or something to extend the plug so they can plug in the unit. This plug is under a sink and I don’t want an extension cord or plug or any connection on the floor of this cabinet where there’s a chance for a water leak. They then say they are done and I look at the unit and noticed it’s no where near level and it’s sticking out past my countertop. Told them they need to level the unit at minimum and they tell me the way my flooring was installed is causing the dishwasher to look that way and they can’t get it leveled as well. Yeah ok. Get out of my house. I decided to take a look to see what I could do and was able to not only get the unit to sit almost flush with my cabinet but behind my countertop at least but also to get the thing level as well. Won’t be getting any sort of install through Best Buy or that garbage plumbing service they hired.

I bought the dishwasher after walking past it during the walkthrough of the department. I quickly found the reviews online and confirmed that other people also enjoy it...so far about a month no leaks for the store installation and it cleans the dishes pretty good!!

Very good to get new accessories and make sure you get rid of the old ones

on time, very courteous and respectful of family with kids and dog, had to make an additional purchase from installers that was not discussed in store to complete the installation.

The Lone Star installation guys were terrific. They were on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up the area, explained the dishwasher and were very pleasant.

He did a great job installing our new dishwasher. He was very careful taking the old one out and putting the new one in so he didn’t scratch anything.

Best buy could not deliver on time as promised, so they had an outside contractor take care of the installation. Gorilla Joe Inc took care of the installation, communication over the phone were good and Joe did a good job on installation and removing the old unit.

Excellent installation. Installer brought dishwasher in removed his boots at the door and was very informative. I would give even more stars if I could. Thank you
