The two guys that installed our diswasher were professional, nice and fast. I love Best Buy!

I wish, I would've received the guys name that completed the job. They deserve more recognition for there work. I didn't know BestBuy contracts there work out and was a little disappointed when I didn't seek the Geeks but these guys were excellent.

Even though the installation team was a few hours late...we were still very satisfied with their work performance..they took the old dishwasher and replaced it fast and even cleaned up after themselves..

Our installation team was prompt, polite and very efficient. Removed our old unit and reinstalled the new dishwasher very quickly.

The install of a dishwasher went well. The installer was about 5 hours late though and came at almost 9 PM when it was supposed to be between 12-4 PM.

I am extremely pleased with the delivery and installation of my GE Dishwasher. We were called the day before delivery and they arrived on time and were very efficient and friendly. I will definitely recommend Best Buy delivery and installation to others.

The installation was fast and easy, the installers were very professional and knowledgeable. The appointment itself was a disaster. My appointments kept being cancelled, i would call BB set up an appointment, I would receive an e-mail confirming appointment, however, on the day of appointment no one shows up, I called BB set up an appointment, and the same thing would happen. It happened four times. Imagine the frustration of staying home from work and no one shows up. I finally went to my local BB store, I explained to her, Lauren, what was happening, she said “well, none of us here made the appointment, I dont know who were sending you those e-mail” she didn’t want to hear it...she made another appointment, I received the e-mail confirmation, I showed it to her, she looked at it and nodded that it was her that made the appointment. But, on the day of the appointment no one showed up... I went back to BB. And some else helped, it took 5 tries but, finally the dishwasher was installed.

They call you the day before to remind you about the installation time. The following day, the day of the actual installation, they call you with a more precise time framework to let you know when they will be at your place to install the appliance.

Install went smoothly, happy with the service and knowledge of the install crew.
