The installers were totally professional! Beautiful installation, left the house as clean as they entered. Much better than other installers from the big box hardware stores.

Great! Best Buy is a good company! I had a few issues because I ordered alot of stuff and dates got changed. They made everything right.

The installation came free with the purchase of the dishwasher. I recommend this option, because if you bui it separately it's very expensive. They called in advance the day of delivery and gave me exact time of delivery. They removed for free the old unit.

The installer had a very hard time removing our old dishwasher, but he finally removed it from the counter space. The new GE 24" dishwasher just fit due to it's compact design. Being an ADA compliant appliance, it is not as tall as a non ADA compliant dishwasher.

He did a great job of setting the washer up and explaining some possible issues that were already present in my under sink plumbing. I had a professional plumber tell me that the installer did a great job and he may not have had to based on my setup.

I have had several appliances installed throughout my 44 years of owning homes. This group way by far the most efficient and professional! There was a flaw in the first dishwasher that was delivered and they took care of getting another one for me.

Is wan not home when the installers arrived and my wife had to handle same. When I did arrive home, dishwasher installed, tested and installers advised that we replaced same not too soon as the old supply line had sprung a leak. Thank You

They were here earlier than expected & it didn't take them very long. They thoroughly explained the operation of the dishwasher & the recommended product types. We had a little leak after they left & the gentleman came right back to make the necessary repair.

This instillation team were wonderful. They were very friendly despite having to go to 4 more jobs (this was at 4 pm). There was a problem with the instillation because of our builder's fault, but they corrected it and now I have a GREAT dishwasher!

I like the way the door clicks when closed & it cleans well but I don’t like that it doesn’t have enough prongs to rest dishes on.
