I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher and also purchased the installation service from BestBuy. The technicians were very knowledgeable and installed it correctly. They took their time to do it right the first time. Highly recommended!!!

These guys were very hurried and forgot to take my old appliances (which I paid for). I had to call them to come back and get old appliances. Additionally, although they wore masks in my house (due to COVID-19), they lowered them when talking to me and come into my bedroom area rather than knocking on the door as I had requested. Safety/health protocol needs improvement!

The installation process took longer than expected but one of the Installers took time to explain the problem & a work around it to get my dishwasher installed & working.

Best Buy planned which products would be best for the kitchen. The bundle was perfect. In-Home installation by professionals who know what they're doing is the only way to go!

The installers were on time and very professional. They removed the old dishwasher and installed my new dishwasher very quickly. The free installation helped me make my purchase at Best Buy.

Installers were courteous and new what they were doing. Explained process well and cleaned up afterwards. Arrived well within time frame given.

The guys came on time and were careful about taking the old dishwasher out and installing the new dishwasher. They even pointed out a flaw on the new dishwasher prior to installation which was nice of them although it didn't matter since it was an open box purchase.

Overall happy with install service. Only complaint is they didn’t put back the baseboard after install.

Worth every penny for the assurance there is no future dispute about proper installation in the event of a failure or repair. Super easy, perfect and professional install.

Workers were sub contracted. Their biggest concern was how quick they could get out of my home, rather than being neat and tidy. Both installs were done well but I was not happy that they did NOT inform me an electrical box had to be installed under my sink, nor did they ask if the location they were installing it was okay with me (actually is not!) Would suggest being proactive with whomever comes to your house before the work begins!

I thought about trying my hand at this, but decided against it. I'm so glad I did. He ran into a couple of obstacles but was easily able to overcome. Very happy with the installation.

Service was excellent. Very short timetable for delivery and installation which was great. Kyle install the dishwasher quickly and efficiently and showed us how to use it. Very pleased.

The crew made quick work of removal, disposal and installation. They made sure to provide me with all the information I would need to know and that the manuals were available to me.
