Very professional. On time and done quickly. Left my house as clean as when he started.

These guys are good, clean, respectful, interested in my concerns, and thorough. No mess, quick action, very good communications about when they would arrive. Certainly I am capable of installing a dishwasher, but these guys were worth every penny.

Installed properly. Only used Power Cord as rest of kit not needed. Left area clean and tidy.

After a very difficult time getting an installation time scheduled, and many phone calls not followed up by Best Buy, I finally got a team to arrive. They did a very thorough job, and took great care not to scratch the floor or new cabinets.

I purchased a dishwasher about a month ago and had Best Buy complete the installation. The installers arrived on time and completed the install in an hour with no complications. Would recommend going with Best Buy for future appliance installs.

The two installers were knowledgeable and very helpful. They offered to install the additional required separate electric for the unit at minimal cost (I thought). They showed me how to use the dishwasher (helpful hints) -

Although the installer was a bit old to be rolling on the floor to install....he did a great job! He was fast and efficient...He did not have to redo anything...or look up a procedure. He gave great tips on how to use the machine. Kudos!

Basic install is a joke. The certified installer charged an extra $30 to use a coupler to join my copper line to the water line leading to the dishwasher. If he is a certified installer, why didn't he make the proper connection repair instead of an acceptable fix?! I would have been more satisfied paying the additional $30 for additional install items and knowing it was done properly instead of thinking lunch was on me.

They were professional and they knew what they’re doing. Even let me know the water valve was no good which I didn’t know. If not for them, it would’ve become a bigger problem later on. I had the water valve replaced and fixed.

only issue was confirming appt needs.. had to call many tines, many,, But they were quick and Goof!!!!!

Geek squad installed my new dishwasher...can not give enough praise. Knew exactly what he was doing, very efficient and quick. And afterwards, gave me some great advise regarding best dishwashing detergent to use (no powder!!).
