Installer actually came a little early which was perfect. He made sure it was level cleaned up after himself. Also showed ne how to use it.

Great job by the 2 guys that did the install. Quick and professional.

I've had worse installatins. For Best Buy this was a good one.

The install crew was good a lot better than the first one. The first crew could not extend the drain hose. They had to extend the drain hose to install the new Kitchenaid dishwasher and charged me $80 extra. It would have been better if BB told me in advance.

The Dishwasher was damaged when we received it. The installation was done properly but didn't really matter since it has to be replaced

I wish I could not even give it a star. Purchased unit online and set an appointment for install when I paid. Then I got an email saying I needed to set a date for install. Weird so went back online and noticed the date I originally set was now not available. Next available date was two weeks out from that date so that was frustrating. Then plumber shows up and I get notified I’m going to have to pay more because bestbuy didn’t cover the full amount needed for the install. Nice little hidden cost I had zero knowledge of. Paid that and let them do their thing. Then plumber says the cord they brought is too short by about 2 inches and asked if I had an extension cord or something to extend the plug so they can plug in the unit. This plug is under a sink and I don’t want an extension cord or plug or any connection on the floor of this cabinet where there’s a chance for a water leak. They then say they are done and I look at the unit and noticed it’s no where near level and it’s sticking out past my countertop. Told them they need to level the unit at minimum and they tell me the way my flooring was installed is causing the dishwasher to look that way and they can’t get it leveled as well. Yeah ok. Get out of my house. I decided to take a look to see what I could do and was able to not only get the unit to sit almost flush with my cabinet but behind my countertop at least but also to get the thing level as well. Won’t be getting any sort of install through Best Buy or that garbage plumbing service they hired.

Removal of old dishwasher and installation of new LG dishwasher was very efficient and no problems were encountered. In particular, there was no damage at all to my hardwood floor, and I'm sure that was not an easy accomplishment!

Best Buy installation met my expectations. Best Buy contracted with local installer that had to meet a defined level of service, and was good.

Talked to salesman on 4/21 and was told dishwasher was available for install 4/29. Ordered online 4/22 and selected install date of 4/29 as part of the checkout process. Received email 2 days later stating the need to schedule install. At that point 4/29 was not available. Contacted Geek Squad using online chat. Got transferred and subsequently disconnected 2 times. Finally called and was told the item was not in stock, which was wrong as it was confirmed with the salesman and online availability. On 5/1 installer arrived to install the dishwasher, yet it was still not delivered. Called BB and was told that was a mistake on the installers behalf and assured everything was set for 5/2 delivery and install. Received text 7am on 5/2 that installer was on the way. Never showed up. Called BB and was told by 10am. No show at 10:00. Called BB again and was told by 12:00pm. Get text at 2:00pm requesting new schedule date. Called BB AGAIN and was told there were 2 systems, install and delivery and they were not in sync for my order. Finally was installed on 5/6, 2 weeks after order was placed. I looked at other appliance stores on 4/22 and install was 10 days, which was the reason to go with BB. Totally frustrating experience and a waste of my time to call and wait around on the original install date 5/2. Will think twice before ordering an appliance from BB ever again.

The team was in time, worked quickly with minimal disruption. Very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The gentlemen that included my dishwasher followed all the CDC guidelines and cared about my family and home. They explained the process then quickly completed the task without any issues.

The installation was free (who can argue with that) yet much more professional than when I paid for an install a few years back from a BB competitor. The team was on-time, incredibly professional and left only when I was fully satisfied. Thanks BB!
