The gentlemen that delivered and installed my dishwasher were great. Neat clean respectful and answered my questions.

The installer arrived in his own truck, unboxed my dishwasher and rolled it in. He carefully hauled away my old one, and was efficient and professional.

Young man who installed dishwasher, range and microwave was very polite and efficient. Installation was quick and he cleaned up after himself. He also politely talked to my three year old granddaughter and answered her questions.

The installers came right on time to install my new diswasher. They were very efficient and careful in all of their work. Excellent transaction!!! Thank you.

The install was fine once they finally got here. Supposed to be between 130 and 530. Didnt show up until close to n 7 without a phone call and when following in the app they sat for at least 1/2. Hour at the 7-11 near me. Didnt leave til after 8 pm. Was terrible. Need better communication

These guys pros. They came in, were very professional and had it done in no time. They showed my husband all the features. Highly recommend them for this type of job. Great value.

Our installation went very well. The gentleman was a pro, demoed the product and even warned me re: the lack of heating element. He assured me that Best Buy would take care of us if we were dissatisfied with the product and they did.

I go to Best buy for all of my appliances. Always have. Usually I am extremely happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, with this purchase I was not. I do like the product that I bought. It is a perfect dishwasher. With that being said, the installer was completely unprofessional. He refused to install my dishwasher on two different occasions. The first time saying that there was a corroded pipe. I had another company come out who could not confirm that. after having him out a second time he again refused to install my dishwasher. It was so professional and rude that I went and asked for a refund for the amount of money that I paid for the installation. And I'm actually having another company install it next week. I was very disappointed with their installer.

They arrived on time, and took covid-19 precautions. Explained some options and provided pros/cons. Helped clean underneath before installing the new dishwasher. Checked operation and cleaned up.

Evidently "code" had changed. There was a lot of discussion on who would pay for additional electric. Best Buy ended up covering it.

The installers were great! Careful, patient and they explained the machine (purchased sight unseen online) very well. Very pleased with them.

Installers were great b/c they quickly and calmly adapted to the fact that hardwood floor installers didn't run the floors all the way under th dishwasher as they should have. Explained the predicament well and worked out a solution.

Our installer, Josh, was fantastic. He was very communicative, showed up on time, and was very careful with our floors and home. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

I bought a dishwasher and a garbage disposal that were installed at the same time for a 3rd party installer for Best Buy who did a very good job, very polite and all the time concerned to meet my needs. I'll go for his service again in the future.

The guys were great - efficient and courteous. The had the old unit out and the new one in - in about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Best Buy called the day before to let me know the installer would be there between 2:00&5:00 o’clock. The installer was on time, professional & polite. Did a great job & cleaned up before he left. And it was free!
