They installed it but forgot to take out some of the packing material. Took it out and it works great.

They were unable to install the dishwasher. Said they could not get at the shut off valve. I had to call a plumber, he was able to do the job, but it cost me more. I also had to get someone else to haul away the old dishwasher once the job was done.

The installers were professional and courteous. However, I was told I would receive a call the day before installation with an arrival time. I did not receive that call the day before or even the morning of installation. And even when I called Best Buy their representative could not give me a time. I found that extremely disrespectful. I am only marking "I would recommend" because unless you are installing on your own, you don't have a choice.

Geek Squad removed old dishwasher and installed new one. They made sure everything was operating on the new one. Installation was part of Tech Support Subscription and cost only 49.00. Well worth the cost.

The two fellas took our old dishwasher and installed the Bosch without a hitch! Our kitchen presented a couple of challenges which they worked through quickly and professionally! Hats off to the crew for a job well done!

The guys that came to the house were awesome, very courteous, professional. They struggle to install the unit, but they did not give up and got it done.

The poor man who installed my dishwasher really had his job cut out for him! Nothing is replaced easily in my house. He conquered the install with grace, even tho I'm sure he was glad when it was over! He was very professional and totally cleaned up after.

The installer and the install went very well. The young man knew what he was doing; I could see him carefully measuring and checking everything twice. He was on time and polite.

These guys were great. Obviously new what they were doing and were very careful on removal and install to protect the appliances. The guys wore their masks and cleaned up the mess.

The install went smoothly. However, there was a dent in one of the drawers after he left.

The installers arrived on time and removed my old dishwasher. The new dishwasher fit the space perfectly because I had used the measuring directions I had studied on line. The installers briefly showed me how to use the machine.

Best Buy contracted some guys to install my new appliances. They called before they arrived during the 4 hour window. My first dishwasher was defective out of the box so a second guy had to come out a few days later. They were both great.
