Great dishwasher! This model allow for using larger platters which is a wonderful l option.. It is also extremely quiet!

Excellent job on the install, even though I don’t like the dishwasher at all. The installers arrived on time & did a great job of installing & explaining how to use the appliance. They were polite and friendly.

When the first dishwasher delivered was unboxed, it had a dent on the front. The technician had already removed my old washer, so I was given a choice to either have him install the dented one and wait for a replacement to be installed or else refuse the delivery and wait for a new one to arrive. I opted to use the dented one until the new one came. Installation tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Both installs were done in a timely manner.

The product itself is functioning very well. Very quiet with a variety of wash options. So far no complaints. However the installation did not go well. The GFI connected outlet is located at the rear of the Washer cabinet and I was told that my warrantee was void as the outlet needs to be outside of the cabinet. This is GFI connected so I don't understand this.

The contractor who installed the dishwasher was very courteous and polite. We were lucky to have this contractor being assigned to us.Their professionalism in handling the difficult situation made the process very smooth. He handled well when the black occurred on that day.

Dishwasher was installed by a Best Buy third party installer. Work appears to have been performed well. I’ve had no problems at all. However, it did seem to take a long time and the installer was not very friendly at all. But I guess the important thing is that the dishwasher was installed well.

Thoze guy installation crew was amazing. Called Friday with Monday 7 am arrival time. Arrived on time install complete within 45 minutes including installation of dedicated outlet

Dishwasher works well. The dishwasher operates quietly and efficiently.

I was advised to get a Bosch and was surprised that I could find a Bosch dishwasher at a good price. It is so quiet! It doesn't hold as much as my previous dishwasher but my glasses have never looked so sparkling clean!

The Best Buy contractor was awesome. He was very detail oriented checking the wiring and checking for leaks. He took great care with removing the old dishwasher by protecting our flooring with a shield. Also, he provided a quick orientation on the operation and features of our new Bosch 500 dishwasher.

The delivery and installation of several appliances we bought from Pacific Sales got contracted out to Peerless Group. The guys were so nice and knowledgeable. They not only did a great installation, took great care to protect our flooring from damage, but gave us tips for use of the appliances. While one guy was getting parts, the other made some adjustments to cabinet doors that were off kilter, just above and beyond what they were sent over to do. They even gave us suggestions and options for a range hood we are thinking about replacing. They really seemed to take customer satisfaction very seriously and I would highly recommend the hassle free installation.

Installation was flawless and the guys were great to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Communication with the installers was provided and they were very friendly. They did a great job with no leaks and and it is perfectly level. Cleaned up after themselves and left our home in under 1.5 hrs.

Our installers were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We did not know that our old dishwasher was hard wired into the electrical for the building (???) so instead of making us wait to handle that and then wait for them to come back, they were able to do it themselves for a reasonable extra fee.

The installation process went very smooth. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient hauling out our old dishwasher, installing the new one, and ensuring everything was working and to our liking. While the actual process went quickly, it was delayed by 4 weeks with a severe lack of communication from anyone at Best Buy.

The installers were very professional. They were not very knowledgeable about installation of this particular type of dishwasher. They did very well in the end.
