I was pleased with the replacement dish washer installation and enjoy using the energy saving features of the new concept in dishwasher design.

Although they showed up almost an hour after my installation window. The guys were fast friendly courteous and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. Walked me through the whole process answering any questions I had.

The dishwasher was professionally installed. The installer had to run to the hardware store several time to get things needed for the install

my installer; kwok was great! he updated me to his ETA, was ontime, he was careful unwrapping the dishwasher, cleaned up afterwards. great deposition, he seemed to really enjoy his job...he's been with geek squad for over 10 years!! he's great!!

Great installation but due to an issue with my under-counter area they installed the dishwasher to stick out a it without consulting me first.

The guys were great - efficient and courteous. The had the old unit out and the new one in - in about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend.

The installers were great! Careful, patient and they explained the machine (purchased sight unseen online) very well. Very pleased with them.

The installation company who came to set it up did a great job, with no questions and cleaned up their work before leaving. Very well worth paying that extra little bit to have someone install it for me

Installer was on-time, took his time and did a great and clean fit into the existing area where the older dishwasher was. Perfection with little else to say. Glad Best Buy did it and not myself.

Delivered on time and installing went well. Was a bit of a tight fit however the installer did a great job. The cost to install here was slightly higher than competitors by $20-$30.

We received a phone call from the third party delivery & installation service letting us know that their truck had broken down and they would not be able to deliver an installer dishwasher that day. It's not ideal but stuff happens. the problem came up when somebody at the delivery installation company marked our dishwasher as having been delivered and not installed, instead of saying it was never delivered. This led to half a dozen appointments for installation where they showed up without the dishwasher. after each failed appointment I contacted Best Buy or they contacted Best Buy through the dod program that they use for contractors to explain the situation and get it rectified in their system so the next people who came out to install our dishwasher would bring one with them... It kept not happening. finally I received a phone call from an installation company 24 hours before our installation was supposed to occur regarding kovid information and making sure nobody in the house was sick, etc. I explained that we did not have the dishwasher and they would need to contact us by DOD to make sure that they brought one with them. I was told I would receive a phone call back but never did. The Dave installation arrived and approximately 30 minutes before our 8 our window I received a phone call from Best Buy letting us know that they would need to reschedule delivery again. At this point my wife and I had missed several days of work each and I was tired of it so I told them to cancel the entire order. I immediately got an update through the Best Buy system saying an appointment had been scheduled for them to pick up the dishwasher I still had not received. I had a short work meeting starting so I decided to deal with my meeting, then I recall my mother after the meeting to let her know that the delivery had been canceled since she was waiting at my house, and finally I would talk to Best Buy, again. When I got out of the meeting I contacted my mother who informed me that in the 45 minutes between my canceling the dishwasher and getting out of my meeting the company that I contacted us the previous day had delivered and installed the dishwasher that I had just canceled. It took several more conversations with Best Buy to get everything set so they had payment and I had the dishwasher without any more appointments. As of right now my account shows that I have (1) an order for dishwasher that I have, (2) an order canceled for dishwasher, and (3) a returned dishwasher. It has been less than 48 hours since my last conversation with Best Buy and at this point I don't know if the situation is fixed, if I will be getting a refund for a dishwasher that I have, or if they're going to attempt to set up another appointment. Despite my fiasco I honestly think that if the one issue where the truck broke down and somebody misreported it as delivered had not occurred this entire situation would have gone very smoothly, because it has every other time.

Came on time and installed my dishwasher quickly. He was very, very nice, friendly, positive and very knowledgeable. I thought I knew all I needed to know about dishwashers (since I've used them for 50-60 years), but he told me things I didn't know.

installation was not able to be done by dishwasher installers. We had to install afterwards. If everything is not 100% present and ready to hook up/long enough hose, etc they will not move anything or amend/do more than what it takes to connect the water line.

The installation was great! The only thing is that it was so hard to coordinate an installation. My appointment kept being rescheduled.

I think almost everyone should purchase the installation--there was a lot of things for the installers to do--and I don't think that many people would have the know-how or patience to do this themselves. We're very happy we bought it.
