I think almost everyone should purchase the installation--there was a lot of things for the installers to do--and I don't think that many people would have the know-how or patience to do this themselves. We're very happy we bought it.

The technicians who installed my dishwasher did an excellent job. They were polity, professional and definitely knew their job well.

The installers arrived about 7pm as they had a full schedule. I understand they were tired, but there was 1 less experienced installer who worked on the dishwasher (the more experienced installer worked on the cooktop and the oven). The dishwasher installer scratched a cabinet needed a lot of guidance from the other installer. The lead installer was awesome but the newer guy not so much but he was still very pleasant -- just exhausted.

Pretty good dishwasher. leaves soap streaks on plastic may have to try the powder detergent. Inside tray could be bigger sections,

The installer arrived in his own truck, unboxed my dishwasher and rolled it in. He carefully hauled away my old one, and was efficient and professional.

I wish the installers were there when we were buying the first dishwasher. When they came to remove the Samsung and swap in the Kitchen Aid they commented on how many returns they get of the Samsung. I guess this isn't part of the sales training!

We were very impressed with the efficient workers who delivered and installed our dishwasher. They disconnected the old and installed the new dishwasher with 30 min. They explained operation and left the area in spotless condition. Great service.

Best Buy provided Professional Installation (& Usage Training after the install.) They hauled off old dishwasher as part of the service. The installer seemed knowledgeable about dishwasher brands and installs. It took about an hour to install.

It is smaller on the inside then my last one, and not what I expected for the money.
