Very happy with the people who installed the dishwasher for me. I have an old home and some very old fixtures. They replaced an additional part that was not part of the installation kit to make sure everything works well for me.

Delivery and install went as planned. Good communication on arrival time. Installers were courteous and knowledgeable.

Installer was not a professional and broke our pipes and left us with no water or a installed dishwasher. Dishwasher also arrived damaged and I would like a discount for the amount I paid for a new one. Waited 3 months for payment from claims department for damaged house.

No leaks cdishwasher works great,... contractor screwed a screw through my counter top, has to be replaced, still working with them on getting it resolved

The man who installed the dishwasher had it in his van and worked alone. The installation had some difficulties due to a hardwood floor installed after getting my last dishwasher. He handled everything great and was very nice.

I did not know that I would need a whole new electric and plumbing set up in order to install the dishwasher and was caught by surprise with a bill for an additional $300. When I called and complained, I was told that the sales person should have asked the age of my home so I would have known about this, but obviously did not. I would have had to pay it in any case but it shouldn't have been a surprise. Also, because they used an independent delivery company rather than Best Buy delivery I could not use my Best Buy credit card to pay for it. If I used any other card I would be charged a credit card fee, so I had to pay cash for it.

The men who installed my dishwasher were fast and friendly and efficient.

delivered on time, installed without any issues. Installer helped me put the old machine outside for pick up, bringing it down a flight of stairs. (not in the contract), but done with a smile).

The installers that came out to the house to install our dishwasher were great. They were friendly, and did a good job of cleaning up.

The dishwasher opening in my new built home was a bit tight but the installers were super careful and installed it with no damage to the Fisher washer, floor or cabinets.

The dishwasher installer arrived right on time, did an excellent job, removed the old dishwasher, and even redid some plumbing under the sink to make things work better. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. First rate job.
