There were two installation guys that came to do the dish washer . The first one took out my existing and by time he was done the second was here with the new one and installing it. They worked well together and it was overall a quick process!

While the installation was done correctly, he was over 2 hours late. There was no communication folrom Best Buy. I had to call to get info when he was an hour late, and it took another hour for him to arrive, when i was told he was 'on the way, i was the next stop'

The first dishwasher had a dent on the back and when we called best buy they scheduled a new one within a week and replaced it. Great service.

The guys that came to do the dishwasher installation were very good!!! I was very pleased with them. They would take their shoes off before coming in without me asking which nobody does.
