The Dishwasher was damaged when we received it. The installation was done properly but didn't really matter since it has to be replaced

Total tech is worth and it and pays for itself. Literally have gotten the value from installs alone.

I did not know that I would need a whole new electric and plumbing set up in order to install the dishwasher and was caught by surprise with a bill for an additional $300. When I called and complained, I was told that the sales person should have asked the age of my home so I would have known about this, but obviously did not. I would have had to pay it in any case but it shouldn't have been a surprise. Also, because they used an independent delivery company rather than Best Buy delivery I could not use my Best Buy credit card to pay for it. If I used any other card I would be charged a credit card fee, so I had to pay cash for it.

The installers were very quick and thorough and allowed me and assisted with cleaning when they removed the 15 year old dishwasher.

These guys were great, my water shut off didn't work so we called the city to turn off the main. These guys stayed to ensure I got my dishwasher installed that day. Thank you so much!

Best Buy called the day before to let me know the installer would be there between 2:00&5:00 o’clock. The installer was on time, professional & polite. Did a great job & cleaned up before he left. And it was free!

They arrived when they said they would. Removed the old dishwasher. Installed the new dishwasher. Hauled away the old dishwasher. Very polite and knew what they were doing.

Young man who installed dishwasher, range and microwave was very polite and efficient. Installation was quick and he cleaned up after himself. He also politely talked to my three year old granddaughter and answered her questions.
