Goos job on installation. He was later than he promised, but I guess things don't always go as planned. He was conscientious.

Installation was by Best Buy and they were very quick and efficient about it, ending with testing to see that all worked correctly, then showed me how to use it.

Several weeks after my dishwasher installation the toe kick piece at the bottom became loose and interfered with opening & closing the dishwasher. I was able to correct the problem using a larger mounting screw. Also the dishwasher front was skewed (not parallel) with the countertop. I was able to correct this as well by realigning the dishwasher, now I'm pleased with installation.

I am giving a three start because they never installed this dishwasher before. they have done a good job at adding an outlet but. The machine was not safely secured to the counter. It keep rocking

What a wonderful crew they sent. They were ON TIME, quick to start working, efficient, and fast. I couldn't have asked for more. If I need anything else installed that I get from Best Buy, I would use them again with pleasure.

The work done by the 2 men who installed the dishwasher could not have been better. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement.

Installers were courteous, professtional and efficient. They patiently answered all my questions and gave me tips for new features. I'm happy.

Easy to load and operate. Have a little issue as to how the slide outs work. Instructions are long and a little hard to understand. Could do better with accurate instructions and real pictures instead of drawings.

They arrived on time after calling 30 minutes ahead of their expected arrival time. They were a very nice crew that knew exactly what they were doing. It was obvious that they cared about making sure I was please, which I was. Great job!

The gentleman (Kyle) that installed my dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator was great. He was timely, efficient, neat, and so very nice and polite.

The installation was very quick and the installer cleanup after the installing it.. They also did a demo and explained all the features on the dishwasher.
