All installation men should wear shoe covers and these gentlemen did not. They also didn’t take the plug out of my garbage disposal which means my new dishwasher was not able to drain. We had to take the garbage disposal off and get the plug out and then re-insert the tube for the dishwasher before my dishwasher could be used

installer did a fine job but of grossly over charged for install. was not informed of installation charge and not informed of city permit fees for both electric and water. this added approximately $300.00 to cost of dishwasher. if I had know would have selected a less expense washer. will find a different place to purchase my appliances

Nothing to do with Best buy but I install or ask for more money when I was already paid for
