Great installer but this is our second lemon in a row. Not his issue but very disappointed in Maytag. The installer was very profession on both defective machines. Hope the third machine from a different vendor will do the trick.

Installer was nice and very professional. I had to have some things done to bring things up to code. He explained everything very clearly. Every thing was clean and tidy when he was done!

No brainer. One should have this if the appliance is going to be purchased from Best Buy.

While I absolutely love this dishwasher and had great customer service from the Best Buy store personnel, the company they used for installation was completely incompetent. It took 3 attempts to get them to deliver and set up the dishwasher.

Micheal O’Keefe was the installer and he and his partner could not have been more professional they were neat and quick They are assets to your company.

Seems a little smaller and can be tricky to load. The wheels fell off the top rack but I was able to pop it back on, just frustrating.

Bosch dishwasher had lower racks that were difficult to place dishes.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team who installed my dishwasher. Love Pacific sales teaming up with best buy. Best part? Repairs by genius squad, not those cell phone people used by home depot

The dishwasher is great but the installation stunk. The installer had no clue what he was doing and kinked the water line and the dishwasher was sticking out 3" past the counter and crooked. After 2 weeks of complaining finally someone came out and corrected the mistake. They were contracted not Geek Squad, I think that is why they were so awful. I love Best Buy and their products but hated the contracted installation.

The dishwasher installation team did an outstanding job in prepping and installing new Bosch dishwasher. They were clean and respectful of my home. They were organized and professional and both service techs worked well as a team.

The installation group called the night before and cancelled the installation and I had to call to make another appointment.

The 2 man crew done a good job. I had to use the translation app on my phone to communicate with them.

We purchased a dishwasher the first crew out to our house I would take a pass on but then we rescheduled and thankfully it was a different crew and they were absolutely wonderful and very helpful with the delivery and install.

They came, hauled away my old dishwasher, and setup the new one. Sadly it didn’t fit but they’re working on that too and are helping me get a new one. Not their fault it didn’t fit which makes their work all the better.

Team was friendly and helpful. One item missing from our conversation was that we had to anchor the dishwasher to the cabinets.

The gentleman that came to install my dishwasher was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had it up and running in under a hour with installing, changing the piping to code and hauling away. I would do it again in a heart beat
