The two techs who installed my dishwasher were very professional. The did a great job removing the old dishwasher, delivering and installing the new dishwasher. If I purchase anymore appliances from Best Buy I hope I get this team again !!

The guys did a very thorough and careful job installing the dishwasher. We were very pleased.

The young man that performed our installation was very knowledgeable seemed to enjoy what he was doing. That really makes the difference for me. Fine job, no problems.

The product was delivered in January of 2021 and have had multiple service visits. After the issue was properly diagnosed, the conclusion is that it was an installation issue all along. So I cannot give a fair review to the product but Best Buy installation and Geek Squad was horrible. I am just sick and tired of talking to multiple contractors that Best Buy uses. As a customer, I should only have to discuss with Best Buy & they take it from there. It was left up to me to communicate with all the service providers and Samsung. I am constantly repeating myself and the Geek Squad attitude was nonchalant, no care in addressing the issue. Very frustrating. It is April & one more visit is still needed to completely correct the installation issue. I have had 4 visits already in total. Based on this experience I decided to purchase my other major appliances else where.

The dishwasher installers were fast, friendly, and professional.

Several weeks after my dishwasher installation the toe kick piece at the bottom became loose and interfered with opening & closing the dishwasher. I was able to correct the problem using a larger mounting screw. Also the dishwasher front was skewed (not parallel) with the countertop. I was able to correct this as well by realigning the dishwasher, now I'm pleased with installation.

My gosh this guy installed dishwasher microwave and stove by himself the whole thing was professional as could be very impressed i have geek squad didnt cost extra

Excellent service. It was done in January. Installers went out of their way to get the old dishwasher out.
