They arrived within 15 min of the time they were scheduled. Replaced the old without a hitch. They were careful not to make a mess and completed their task quickly. No inconvenience and they answered all the questions we had.

Installer was personable, knowledgable, leveled the dishwasher, and installed it quickly and cleaned up after the job and explained operation.

First one didnt work from the moment they walked out of the door after installation. The would not let me exchange. Sent Geek Sqaud could not fix it. Sent Samsung guy who changed panel. Worked for a few weeks and stopped again. Made me wait over a month to get a new replacement which I should have had from the beginning. They broke my kickplate witha dolly and would not take responsibility. Filed a report and claim. Have never heard from anyone! Worst customer service ever and worst Samsung product I have ever purchased. Will never shop Best Buy for appliances again. This survey sent to me is for the replacement one which they say I purchased July 30. Sent a survey even before the item arrived? Huh? How can i comment. I purchased my original appliances Memorial Day. Just got my second dishwasher installed Monday August 30.

Our installers were awesome - professional, polite, efficient, knowledgeable.

Easy to load and operate. Have a little issue as to how the slide outs work. Instructions are long and a little hard to understand. Could do better with accurate instructions and real pictures instead of drawings.

The tech crew that installed my dishwasher was very quick and efficient. They arrived at noon and were finished by 12:30. Very professional. Also gave me a quick walk through of how to use the dishwasher.

Installed a dishwasher with a broken door. Other than that, the install was really good

The installers broke a pipe under the sink requiring a plumber and delays. Installation was canceled by Best Buy four times. We were promised installation before Christmas but sadly that did not happen.

Dishwasher was out of stock, so delivery was not necessary. However other products installation were completed to my satisfaction.
