Punctual, quick and does all basic jobs. Just in case of any additional work is required then they are expensive.

Installation of our dishwasher was great! The guy called us before saying the time he was coming. Very professional!!! The mess he made it, he cleaned himself. Wonderful job!!!

The team that came out was very helpful. Very professional and didn’t take long to install at all. There was a missing part, but they came out the next day to finish the job after getting what was needed.

GSC was sent to my house to install a dishwasher that I bought through Best Buy. I was under the impression that I was purchasing installation from a Best Buy representative but they sub-contract these jobs. The installers arrived on time and proceeded to remove my old dishwasher. Once they had loaded my old dishwasher on the truck, they informed me that they couldn't install my dishwasher because it was hard-wired. They said you can't hardwire any new dishwashers and they must be plugged into an outlet. If that is the case, then why does the manual state that you can wire it either way and provides instructions for both? Why did Whirpool tell me that you can absolutely hardwire their dishwashers? They said that the only way they would install it is if I paid an additional $200 for them to install an outlet on the end of the old hardwire cable. If I didn't agree, they wouldn't install the new dishwasher and wouldn't reinstall the old one. After I agreed to pay them, they told me that I needed a new shutoff valve because the old one was leaking. That is absolutely not the case. Any water that leaked came from the outlet when the hoses were disconnected. A new shutoff valve was going to cost $150. Again...pay or we walk away. Against my better judgment, I agreed thinking that I was going to have a professionally connected shutoff valve. Instead, I got a $12 Shark Bite valve. Plumbers don't recommend this outside of emergencies, as they don't last as long as brass fixtures that have been soldered. For $150, I should have received this. This company is terrible and you should definitely consider just installing your dishwasher on your own. It might take you a couple of hours more but you won't go to bed feeling that you were scammed. Unfortunately, Best Buy did nothing to rectify this issue. Their response was "you agreed to let them do it." I didn't feel I had any choice. My old dishwasher was gone and they refused to install the new one and they were pressuring me for an answer. That may have been my mistake in agreeing but that will never happen again.

The two guys who installed this dishwasher were very professional, very gentle with handling, and had solutions in hand for any glitches that come across the process.

Installed to perfection and it is an old house with lots of un even floors and the installers made sure everything was just right and in a short amount of time.

He was great. He had a very difficult time removing my old dw due to flooring being installed in front of it. He stayed with it until he got it out - which was much longer than he had planned or allotted. Great guy and very patient.

The installer came and took out our old dishwasher and installed the new one. He showed us how to work it and that everything was level. Then cleaned up and left. However, from the first time I used it, the top rack rolled out fast as if the dishwasher was NOT level. I took out my own level and checked the dishwasher. WOW! It really needs to be adjusted. I just don’t know who to call for this.
