The installer did a good job installing the dishwasher but he was very outspoken about his political views. My wife or I didn't appreciate him rallying for the politicians of his choice in Wahington DC. This was coming from him unsolicited on my behalf. We have had one bad experience after another with Best Buy's contract workers in recent months.

Miguel and Stephani installed our dishwasher, they were very courteous, polite and respectful. They answered every question that we had and they are very knowledgeable.

I do not remember the installers name; however he was great. Like I said fast and efficient and he walked us through the operations and what we needed to do the keep the machine running with no problems.

The delivery is on time and the installation is fast and good. Although they charged $90 to replace the air gap.

I had installation sevices from Sears, Lowes, and Hd, but Best Buy provided the best installing services by far because I got email, calls and call 15 min before arriving and on weekend too. This is my second appliance purchased .

The installer was great. He installed the dishwasher quickly, with percision. He took the old dishwasher out and cleaned up everything before he left. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to my friends.
