Service man was on time, friendly,& efficient! Would use him EVERY time!

Arrived when expected- polite and professional. Took old dishwasher away.

The installers are not actually plumbers, but they know how to install a dishwasher. He even suggested re-routing the drain line to be more effective. This is not a project you want to tackle yourself.

Fine once they brought the right part. Love the inside the door water pitcher.

the 2 gentlemen that installed both our dishwasher and range were both courteous and extremely helpful to us. They went over the instructions with the manual and were not rushing us at all with the many questions I had.

Guys were friendly and offered additional services, like installing a shut of valve, if you didn't already have one.

The people that Best Buy sent over for the installation of my dishwasher were extremely timely and professional. They were on time , in and out in less than a half hour!!

Excellent service, all three times (The first two models I chose were not cleaning well so Best Buy worked with me to get them changed out). Kudos to Jorge the manager at Best Buy Allen, TX for the top notch service!

The first time Best Buy tech came, he said he was by himself and won't be able to get the appliance one flight up. This was a 2-person job. The delivery address had clearly stated that this was 2nd floor and would be one flight up. I was asked to reschedule. The second time around, the installation was scheduled between 11 am - 2 pm. No one showed up till 2:30 pm and no one called saying there was a delay. I called Best Buy at 2:30 pm. The rep did not seem to care, he said the delivery/install is taken care by a third party and not Best Buy and they can't do anything about it. He contacted the install company and said it will happen between 3-5 pm instead. I told him that's up to a 3 hour delay and he just didn't seem to care. I asked him to be connected to supervisor and he said the supervisor will not do anything more than he was doing. I then asked him to give me the direct number of the person who is supposed to do the install. Upon disconnecting, I tried calling the number he gave me and it turned out to be an incorrect number. Frustrated, but I didn't have the patience to call back again and talk to another rep, so I decided to wait till the delivery person showed up. I waited till 5:30 pm, when I called again and after about another 45 minutes of conversation with a different person, they said the delivery/install needs to be rescheduled and they can't do anything. This time I did manage to escalate to a supervisor, but they were right, she didn't do much to help the cause either. Best Buy has outsources their delivery/install service to a very incompetent vendor. This is not the first time this has happened to me on their installation service. My entire reason to be a Total Tech member was to get free installation. Cancelling the order and also my total tech membership.

the installation was not a easy one , the first installer from the Geek Squad said he could not do the install because he could not see the pipes , i got my handyman to take the kick panel off the cabinet to expose the pipe then i called and rescheduled , the second one came and said he saw discoloration on the shut off valve and could not do the installation because of it i told him that i had just had lines above the shutoff replaced due to leakage and that line has dripped water down on the valve , he refused to do the installation because he said the valve was leaking , i then had my handyman bypass the valve and disconnect the valve , finally the 3rd repair man did the installation 1 and a half months after they delivered the dish washer finally it got installed , it seemed like all the installers were afraid to touch anything if it was used or discolored pipes.

The installation crew was simply amazing! They were friendly and professional and knew there job well. They also explained how the dishwasher worked. Highly recommended

The technicians were very efficient and thorough fiving everything when they installed my new dishwashers. They showed me how to operate the dishwashers and answered all my questions.

I like the service provided to me through total texh and so I renewed once again.

The techs that delivered our new dishwasher were very professional and efficient. They didn't leave any mess or damage out cabinets.

Best installation we've had from Best Buy, and all the others have been good. Arrived on time, with everything he needed. Explained as he went, made sure we didn't have questions before he left, cleaned up after himself.

My technician installer was OUTSTANDING! Can't say enough good things about him. Had never seen an appliance hard wired & he reassured me it was the best way to go forward for my product. Did an Excellent job.

Jim did a great job and took care of anomalies as they occurred. Very pleased with his install. Polite and patient with the weather and challenges of the install.

Very nice installation people was very satisfied,but had to call them back to fix a leak from the dishwasher installation the 2 men they sent out not very nice and they left the piece they took off from under my sink in my driveway.
