Installers damaged the woodwork of the kitchen cabinet surrounding the dishwasher. Other problems were not their fault: The tubing was much too short for the distance between the washer and the water outlet beneath the kitchen sink. So I had to go to a local hardwares store and purchase other tubing. Which made the installation take a lot of time and probably caused the workers to rush, causing the damage.

This dishwasher looks beautiful, but does not serve the purpose. You must hand wash your dishes before using dishwasher. It leaves the dirt on your dishes. Basically a good item to sanitize pre washed dishes. But this is not a family friendly appliance, I am disappointed but still keeping it because I don't cook much. Not recommended.

Installed my dishwasher flawlessly--also knew everything about the appliance so was able to give me a crass course on all its advanced features. The installation price also pretty much matched what my local plumber could do.

they arrived in a moving truck but they got my dishwasher installed after a mix-up with the delivery time.

My dishwasher was never installed so to the fact the water needed to be shut off as the valve was stuck..Made a plan to have them return with the plumber they never showed up..I had to pay a plumber over 300 dollars to hook up and haul away..So I won’t buy appliances here again to quickly.

The guys unloaded, unwrapped, and carefully installed my new washer and took great care to not bump or scratch anything. They took the time to explain the features and test it out to make sure everything worked perfectly. 5/5

Excellent delivery/install experience!! The Best Buy/Geek Squad Tech (Andrew W.) was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and provided the best service one could hope for. He is a real asset to Best Buy!!

The installers were very nice; however, my dishwasher was not installed correctly, of which the installer acknowledged before leaving. I then proceeded to tolerate the wiggling and banging around in the dedicated under cabinet nook. This has now destroyed the top corner of my dishwasher as well as the lower door hinge. I then failed to call and request this to be corrected within the 90-day period that I apparently had to call about it, and of which I was not aware of (but yes, maybe I should have taken all the time to read all that small print) (and yes, maybe I should have not tolerated it for 90 days + 25 days more, but have lots of excuses why, of course). Called Best Buy today, they said they were going to charge me now, and then followed up with we cannot come out until Mar 2021 and that I should call (and pay) someone else to fix their poor installation services.

This was my first experience with using Geek Squad, and all I can say is it was the best service I'd had in a long time. They were prompt, experienced and considerate. Very pleased!

The installer communicated his expected arrival time, arrived at that time, and did a great job installing the dishwasher efficiently and left no mess. Hauled away old dishwasher. Highly recommend.
