The third-party delivery/installation company did a very good job installing my dishwasher. Pleased with everything - especially the cleanup they did afterward.

2 separate attempts by Best Buy installers and they still did not install the dishwasher (specifically the wiring) correctly. They blamed it on the dishwasher...said the new dishwasher was blowing my electrical breaker because it requires so much more power than my prior one. So I had my electrician come out to fix the problem that both BB installers said was my problem not theirs. My electrician said they disconnected the prior hardwired dishwasher which had a dedicated line, but didn't hardwire the new dishwasher and instead just plugged it into the wall outlet, which is a non-dedicated line so, yes, its going to always blow that circuit, but if they had hardwired into the dedicated line it wouldn't have. I contacted BB, they said they can't send electricians to install, they don't do that. Hm, so they could disconnect the wiring of the old dishwasher but they couldn't connect the wiring of the new one? Ok. I get that from a business perspective that BB choses no to hire electricians, but if the fine print had said they can't hardwire and it may need to be done, I wouldn't have purchased BB's "professional" Installation...I can put a plug into an outlet. ***Also, "customer service" wants to get you off the phone asap so they keep trying to end the call by tell you to go the store and they can resolve it. Don't believe them. The store says - no, you bought from BB online so none of the stores can help with this matter. I should also note that when I called the install company who also did the install, they also tried to tell me that it was not their problem. Note that this is a separate issue from the premium delivery for which I have no complaints (though they were also the ones that did the original installation). So on Thursday, I called BB to escalate and get this resolved. And again, they kept trying to get me off the phone and to go to the store. When I asked for a manager, I told them I would wait until one is available. Not surprisingly, ALL the managers were in a meeting. I clarified that there was no management on the floor that could assist me, she put me on hold again and came back to say that yes there was one manager on the floor but that no, he was tied up on a call and had another call waiting, but I was assured that a manager would call me back by the end of Friday because "they have to clear [the trouble tickets] in 24-36 hrs and they don't work weekends so they will definitely call me back by end of day Friday. So, Friday came and went. Now it is late Saturday, I am still waiting on that promised, re-promised, and re-assured call back from a manager.

This team was excellent! Installation was not easy and they did a great job.

Elite Installs had a challenge since the code requirements had changed since our last dishwasher was installed but they rose to it.

So glad I had Best Buy install my new dishwasher. I watched the complete installation and it was much harder than I thought, but the technician did a great job. Glad I decided against doing it myself.

A lot of people can do a lot of different things. Unless you install dishwashers, ovens or other appliances on a daily basis, let the professionals do it right in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. Less stress.

Installation of our new Bosch dishwasher could not have gone better. The independent installer was informative every step of the way and very friendly.

The installers who installed our new dishwasher were very professional. They came in and got the job done and were very friendly and courteous. My kitchen was left clean and spotless just the way they found it when they arrived.

Great job on the installation, the service tech was very professional and treated my purchase as his own.

I purchased all the parts I was told I needed. When the installation text arrived 5 mins before the four hour install window ended (right before 7pm) he told me the hose wouldn’t reach and he wasn’t going to install it. Then he called in and they told him to use an extender (which I already purchased). They then charged me an additional $65 for another part that I did not need and when the install was finished, it was not sealed or flush against the cabinets. It sticks out over three inches at the bottom and looks terrible. He told me that’s the best he could do. When I called in to get this corrected, it took four phone calls and over four hours my time. The first three I was promised a call back, which never happened. The fourth call I was told I needed to buy a bracket which is the first time that was brought up to me. I looked at the bracket and showed it to a friend who is a handyman and it was definitely not needed. I finally gave in and insisted they return the item and refund my money which they finally agreed to. Best Buy doesn’t seem to have their own install techs but instead, outsource to another company and they have no idea what they are doing and BB takes no responsibility for them, even though I paid a hefty price to Best Buy for a “professional installation service”. Very unfortunate.
