Dishwasher was installed poorly. Drain tube was pushed up next to sink in cabinet and never secured to cabinet so as soon as water went into drain tube it fell and is no longer positioned 33" above floor per instructions. Installer only made it look correct for picture. Also, installer has drain tube and electrical pushed thru same hole in cabinet which created a kink in the drain tube. I will have to reinstall this dishwasher the proper way myself. I thought that I was saving time by having Best Buy install and paid for the Totaltech Membership. Never again! SAD!

Best Buy offered this and thankfully I bought it. The installer was professional and respected our home. Would buy again.

The installers were great and really nice. Had it in and the old one removed in less than an hour..kept me up to date when they would be arriving.

Alexander was our installer. He did a great job insuring that the dishwasher was level and centered. He showed us everything on the dishwasher. Best install on any major appliance we’ve had.

Good dishwasher but it has cuts in the stainless material. Rep is coming out to fix it.

The installers did a great job and was very knowledgeable, answered all the questions i had and did a phenomenal job moving the new appliance in and the old one out.

The gentlemen that installed my dishwasher, arrived promptly, were professional in manner, installed the unit in a timely manner, and explained the operation and functions of the unit to my satisifaction.

The installer did a good job. He called when he was on his way and completed the job in a timely manner and without any issues.

I have no idea what has gone wrong with the installation which I had Best Buy installers take care of. The dishwasher still works but sits cock eyed and can be wiggled. Installers due back again on Monday.
