Excellent installation

They made the whole process a pleasure. Imagine!

Great install

Installers good, but not "free"

That said, the installers were better than I expected and they did a good job keeping the install and our house clean. In the future I will probably not select "free" install since its easy to do and I won't have to purchase something from Best Buy to do it.

Also covered user instructions thoroughly. Team leader has thorough knowledge of product.

Everything went smooth. The only thing I did not like was having to pay to get the old dishwasher removed - but it had to be done.

The guy knew his stuff backwards and forwards. He even had quite an in depth knowledge of the specific unit we bought including a few tips for use.

Extra unexpected cost
