The installers were completely incompetent. The first duo sent out were unable to complete the install. They stated I needed a special top cross bracket that they didn't have because I had granite countertops. They said the best they could do was note the issue, try to order the part, and come back in a week. Apparently nothing was noted, as I called back mid-next-week, and the guy that took my call said there were no notes in my file. I got another install scheduled for the following weekend, but I never got a confirmation email or anything that acknowledged the original problem and the proposed remedy. Finally, the night before the next appointment, a different guy called me and said he would be coming out. He said the bracket wasn't necessary. When he showed up the next day, he bad mouthed the first installer and said the guy was incompetent. The second guy got the dishwasher installed, although between the two install appointments, I did get dents and nicks in the wood around the dishwasher, which haven't been acknowledged by Best Buy or remedied. Also, this is supposed to be a very high end IOT-enabled dishwasher, but despite multiple attempts to connect it to the app, it's failed. Very dissatisfied.

The installers did a great job and was very knowledgeable, answered all the questions i had and did a phenomenal job moving the new appliance in and the old one out.

Purchased dishwasher and under cabinet mounted microwave and installation. Installers arrived on time, very professional service by two men that knew what they were doing. We were very satisfied with the service provided.

Use Best Buy Geek Squad for your installs like I do they are great, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy... Great experiences. The new dishwasher is amazing.

Usually I do all my own installs, but this time I used the Best Buy Installation program as we bought all new appliances. The install crew were professional, polite, and a friendly. The whole installation went perfectly.

Installation quick and efficient, however, since installation, have a chemical odor in the cabinet under the sink.

The two men who came out to deliver and install the dishwasher and refridge were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing, did not waste any time and got right to the install.
