The installer they sent out did a great job. Removed the old dishwasher, cleaned up under it and had the new one in quickly

Very easy installation . Nice product and easy to use

Installer came to job with a badly bleeding elbow from a previous job. He got blood everywhere on inside of cupboard. I asked him about his wound and finally told him he needed to change bandage and clean cupboard. He came in with hand sanitizer which did not get blood off the walls of cupboard. I gave him some kaboom to clean. He never stopped bleeding and I asked him if he needed stitches and he said no but continued to get blood on my surfaces. With my complaints he changed bandage 3 times but this never stopped problem. He knew nothing about function of my machine and could not offer demo. He asked me to give him a positive review and I said all these companies ask me to do that but I don’t get paid and have no interest. I had trouble with installation of top shelf as it was jammed. A repair company came from Fair Oaks CA to fix the problem.

Install was done quickly and professionally. Installers answered questions and explained how dishwasher functioned. Cleaned up after themselves. Removed old appliance and all packing material. Excellent Job.

The installers that Best Buy uses are true professionals and do an amazing hassle free installation. They clean up after themselves, use protection on my wood floors, and are very polite.

Good dishwasher but it has cuts in the stainless material. Rep is coming out to fix it.

My delivery/installers were the best. They did a great job!

We bought a couple of appliances together. The dishwasher took over a month for delivery. No reason given!! The first installer did not pick up his mess, put back things he took out from under the sink, or explain how to operate the dishwasher. In addition, the dishwasher stopped working after his test which he did not stay to complete. The second installer was excellent!
