The dishwasher and garbage disposal are great. However, the installers that delivered were not. They took one look under my sink and said " We cannot install these.We will not be able to remove your old dishwasher. They have been here too long. You need a plumber". We called a handyman that we use and he took a total of 25 minutes to remove the old appliances and install the new. Best Buy installers were just lazy and decided it was too much work.

Truth be told. I could have done this myself. But... the time and the low cost of install had me have them do it. Guys are very nice and professional. They were in an out and came at the expected time.

All installation men should wear shoe covers and these gentlemen did not. They also didn’t take the plug out of my garbage disposal which means my new dishwasher was not able to drain. We had to take the garbage disposal off and get the plug out and then re-insert the tube for the dishwasher before my dishwasher could be used

Service rep did not give us problems when we decided to install our own plug since the rules require that now. He hooked everything up besides plugging it in.

Leonard the person they sent to install my dishwasher was very knowledgeable polite and he did a great job I wish all the people that came to your house had his skills and his politeness
