He removed the old dishwasher with care and installed the new one without a hitch. He explained the new one very well so we didn't have any problems running it the first time.

Contracted services. Hit or miss

Also Best Buy has a policy that the company cannot add any additional service for their product without going back to the Best Buy scheduler. I am back to hiring a plumber and/or electrician for anything but a range installation.

He arrived on time and was very careful not to damage my home by using protective measures like covering wood floor in work area. He was also very courteous during communication.

Took 3 Geek Guy trips to get it installed correctly, but it was my fault. Must make sure the space is correct but overall a great buy!
