Product great. But even better was our installer, Fernando from Ace Installation,he problem solved how to make our new appliance fit into the existing space and took the extra time and care that was needed to make this a perfect purchase. Not to mention the wonderful advice and in store customer service we received!

The product delivered on time and installation was fine. The product is working fine. The installation is a different story. The installer came and basically was prepared with two additional pieces to be done - outlets and some valve. They insisted that it was required by code. Luckily the outlet (GFCI) was fine but the valve was needed so basically I had to pay a ridiculous amount to get that done. They insisted that Best Buy should have informed me ahead of time to get this done. A simple cheap fix that I could have done myself. This is entrapment and felt fleeced. I would expect Best Buy to reimburse me for that additional charge. But that never happened. Will I ever again buy an appliance again from Best Buy - not sure anymore. They are not as efficient as they used to be years ago.

Luke and Jon of the Geek Squad were early, and we were not quite ready when they called. We had to install a new valve on the water service line. When they came, we were ready and the installation went smoothly. Luke had been to our house before so it was better for both of us! We were surprised at how quickly the installation went; all was done in one hour, including demonstration of the new Bosch Dishwasher. The installers were courteous, efficient and very careful with bringing in the dishwasher. We removed the old unit ourselves so that the cabinet could be cleaned prior to installation, a big plus for the installers! Thanks Geek Squad

This was the best installation service I have experienced. I would love to have Kevin and Jeff do all my installations. I was difficult because my dog took off and I was distracted. My apologies guys! They stayed focused and got the job done. They managed to fit the dishwasher in a very tight spot and it took a lot of extra effort. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Thanks Kevin and Jeff!

Second, echoing review, Geek Squad was supposed to come in two phases: 1 installation and 2 haul away. To our appreciation they combined both phases by installing our appliance and hualed away in one phase. Grateful.

As the installer of our new GE Dishwasher, Antoine, was not only diligent in planning his work plan, but also efficient in smoothly carrying it out. Being a college Physics Professor I found it a delight to chat with him, I can now appreciate how his sparkling personality now sparkles in our dishwasher!

The techs did a fine job. They carefully removed the woodwork to remove the old dishwasher, removed it, hooked up and installed the new one, and carefully replaced the woodwork. The demo'ed the features of the new unit, showed me how to operate it, carried out the old unit and did a first-class job cleaning up after their work. Very professional, careful, and friendly.

Weather interfered with the dishwasher through no fault of the installer. When the installer arrived, the install was done professionally, politely, and promptly.

The delivery and installation was seamless! They kept in touch with me to let me know when they would be at my house so I could plan accordingly. The took no time removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. Kept everything clean and made sure everything worked before they left. Great service!

Our Maytag dishwasher came with a free install. Even though the delivery/install time took a little longer, it was worth it. The installer removed old unit and installed the new unit quickly and efficiently.

Only one of the crew could speak English and not very good. They brought all necessary items to do the install but somehow said they couldn’t (on the first try). I spent $400 for a plumber to connect the same item the install crew had as part of the install. The second time the same crew came. Very hard to understand but got the job done.

The Samsung dishwasher I purchased required THREE tries. The first two wouldnt drain properly and nothing could be figured out. Despite the 3rd party install thing, they kept at it until my 3rd one is now working as it should. I'd leave 5 stars but the 3rd party thing is clunky if you have problems (multiple phone calls to here and there to set up the repair or exchange)

The guys were friendly and efficient. They took out the old dishwasher and installed the new one in short order.

Dishwasher has worked well. Dislike that if I am standing at counter where it is located & bump, it is enough to start it. As it is so quiet, it takes a bit to know it is running & I have to open & then cancel. Dislike that I have to clean out filter, but this is only model I could get that would fit this area in kitchen. Cleans & dries efficiently. Much difficulty getting undamaged dishwasher delivered...finally accepting this one with minimal damage.
