I bought a Bosch dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy. I wasn't home when it was installed (my wife was), and in the process of having warranty-covered service done seven months later, I discovered that the original installation had not been done correctly--one of the legs supporting the dishwasher is broken, the washer was installed standing on wooden shims, and the drainage hose was connected to the drainage hose for the prior washer using a copper piping stub and a hose clamp, rather than removing the previous drain hose and connecting the Bosch drain hose directly to the plumbed drain. It worked, but this is NOT what I paid for.
