Complicated install that required three visits, but I was completely satisfied at the end result.

Our dishwasher delivery man was excellent. He did a great job! He was clean, neat, informative - very professional! Wish every delivery person was just like him!

The people that installed and delivered my product was ver professional.

The installer was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. He also was very efficient, and fast with the installation. He also took time to explain the best uses of the dishwasher.

I was very happy with our installer. He mentioned that our old installation of our old Bosch was not the way Bosch would have wanted. He was able to reroute the piping through one of our cabinets. Perfect.

Installers were very professional, polite and did their job in a good amount of time. They also made sure I knew how to operate the product before leaving.

Very competent and efficient in the installation of the dishwasher

I bought a Bosch dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy. I wasn't home when it was installed (my wife was), and in the process of having warranty-covered service done seven months later, I discovered that the original installation had not been done correctly--one of the legs supporting the dishwasher is broken, the washer was installed standing on wooden shims, and the drainage hose was connected to the drainage hose for the prior washer using a copper piping stub and a hose clamp, rather than removing the previous drain hose and connecting the Bosch drain hose directly to the plumbed drain. It worked, but this is NOT what I paid for.

Very courteous had to pay extra to the contractor to correct piping, overall good service.

The technician was not able to do the installation. He couldn’t get the old dishwasher out. I had to have someone else do the job. Another thing that bothered me was I didn’t get a user manual. When I asked him about it, he said I could get one on-line.

The installer was good and in time got it installed and working. I was not happy that the plug did not fit and we had to go buy a different type.

Two guys showed up with the correct machine at the time they said they would be there and installed our dishwasher. They were fast, professional, clean, and did what they were supposed to.
