Very capable installer!

No problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything went smoothly. Arrived on time, had all the right supplies, were quick, polite and efficient. In and out it 20 minutes. The only thing left behind was my new dishwasher ready to load.

Hurried

I think we were the first installation of the day, so that could account for why he was rushing. There is a cabinet void between the water connection and the dishwasher placement. The installer stated that he would have to make a hole big enough for his hand to fit in so he could run the hose through the cabinet void. My husband said this could have been solved simply by attaching a wire to the hose before it was pulled out and then used to feed the new one back through. Instead the guy used a small bit to make a bigger irregular hole in the cabinet. Ugh! Waiting nearby I heard him whisper to his helper, "I broke it." Needless to say the experience was not good. In the end the dishwasher worked, although not totally even with the counter.

Had plumber do it

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BEST BUY INSTALLATION

They did install and checkout and left. I was reviewing the installation instructions and realized they did not finish installing the trim pieces. Unit was delivered and installed on 5/18. GE repairman came 6/16 to install the trim pieces. These 3rd party installers are not professionals in my opinion and just want to get in and out as quickly as they can. They have no idea what some of the items in the box are for. DO NOT PAY FOR BEST BUY INSTALLATION
