3/17/23 the contracted installers were not able to install our new dishwasher. On 3/16/23 Installers did NOT install or level the range. We have a 3 prone range outlet. They brought a 4 prone range cord. We live much closer to Lowes, so my husband purchased a new 3 prone cord there & did the install himself. Regardless, I feel the contracted installers could have completed the leveling. They did not level our new refrigerator either or hook up the water line to the door water & ice machine. Again, my husband had to do it. Obviously, I Am Discouraged...

Talked my husband into not trying to install it himself though he was capable. Was just not something he did on regular bases and felt "professional" could do it quicker w/no issues. However, they were suppose to be at the house between 0800- 1200 noon. Called and stated would be late due to dishwasher that had arrived at the store, was damaged. Instead of canceling out, they did check around and found another at another location, however, this put everything behind, plus what other installations they had to do that day. Installer arrived around 2:30 pm. He was very professional, polite and quick. However, after leaving, we did find a couple "niches" on the front of the dishwasher, but not caused by the installer. There was no damage to the box, however, we believe it may have occurred at the manufacturer. Wasn't real concerned about it at this point, due to it already being late and installed. Don't know much about Best Buys installations, could be just one of those days.

The installation went like clockwork. I was impressed with thoroughness and attention to detail that the crew showed. They ran the dishwasher and made sure there were no water leaks. Great Job!

Solved the issue. Good work. Will recommend Geek squad to all Best buy customers. Worth it.

Purchased a new Kitchen Aid DW and recieved within 2 weeks. Excellent quality, installation, and haulaway of our old DW.

The install was domain a terrible way leaving to inconsistent operation., After working with the manufacturer, they determined Best Buy did not do properly install. After speaking with BestBUy they wanted me to pay for an install even with the purchase of insurance.

All is good with the new washer. We are happy with Best Buy's attention to detail.

Did not have the dishwasher installed, only dropped off in our garage. Delivery folks did a great and careful job of delivering our dishwasher.
