I would go anywhere else to buy what I need. Love to shop at Best Buy.

Was prompt w calling to tell me they were on the way. Did an excellent job installing, was very careful and cautious w my cabinets and wood floor. Worked efficiently and did a great job.

Installers arrived on time. Called shortly before coming. Were professional, courteous and quick. Took away my old appliance and cleaned up after their work. Very happy with the install team.

They change the electric switch but they place it next to the water pipe which is against the rules

Our installer did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher. He had to improvise to get it to fit and he couldn't have done a better job. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

Delivery was efficient with no issues. Staff was timely.

Installer did NOT know how to install Dishwasher. Called 2nd installer who also did NOT know how to install..but left acting like he completed the install! Dishwasher pulled out when you tried to open the door! We had to purchase brackets and do install ourselves. Fighting to get $$ back!

I love this dishwasher! The racks are great! I had many issues with 3 different dishwashers delivered but it was installation issues. Best Buy finally helped me out but it was a hassle.
