Best Buy came and installed my dishwasher. I had no issues with any of the installation.

Let's see if they can remedy this. Their subcontractor installed our new $2k Thermador dishwasher yesterday. The tech started to run it before checking the racks' functionality and the unit's inside for parts. Then he just left. After it ran, we found a sealed pack of Finish and a random part that we're not sure where it goes. Worst of all, the main top rack isn't aligned properly and scrapes the inner casing when you force it to close. I'm calling today to complain and get someone back out to look at it. I'm sort of glad they installed it so they know how bad their subs are. Not sure that will matter really.

They change the electric switch but they place it next to the water pipe which is against the rules

I love this dishwasher! The racks are great! I had many issues with 3 different dishwashers delivered but it was installation issues. Best Buy finally helped me out but it was a hassle.

This is the second time we've had Best Buy deliver and install a dishwasher (at two houses). They did a great job both times and we've had no complaints.
