Could not install my dishwasher as the tile on the floor had to be removed.

Was given an install date, and told we'd be contacted the day before. Rx several calls from different numbers telling us delivery would be 12-8, 12-4, 2-4, and a couple telling us to ignore all other messages. The truck finally showed up right at 8pm for delivery, but as they were unpacking it realized it was damaged so we refused delivery. After several days we contacted BB to check on our replacement. Told that our order was marked 'delivered and comlete". After we finally convinced them we did NOT have a new machine installed, we had to initiate a "return". None left, and returns are behind damaged refusal in line. Finally got a new delivery date about a month out.

The installers were excellent. They really know what they are doing.

They arrived on time. Were pleasant and respected my property.

Installer showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Prior to leaving he made sure everything worked and there were no leaks. Very Pleased

The contracted Best Buy installers were efficient and prepared for the installation of our new Dishwasher. They did a good job and were friendly and careful with our new tile floor.

The guy came on time and was very nice and professional. Installed and removed my old one with ease by himself. Was in and out in less than an hour.

install tem is ok for unit install beyond this when about troubleshoot identify root cause no motivation installation policies and processes need review and revision MOTIVATION

Mark was very professional during the entire installation and after the job was completed. He certainly knows his job inside and out.

The the old one out and put the new one in and explained how to use it again . There were very nice men

Installers were careful removing and installing. Kept the area clean and protected and got the unit installed quickly. Were polite and friendly.

Install & Haul away is a must buy for any Best Buy product

crew was great...adapted and got job done....demo no leaks and walked through what they did...highly recommended this crew for future work.

The installer left the dishwasher damaged and the door unable to fully open and rushed my wife through the acceptance so the problem wasn't noticed until he was gone. Best Buy was good about replacing it but I had to wait 2 weeks and they sent the same guy out! I took time off work and watched over him the second time to make sure it wasn't damaged but he still did a poor job (it wasn't even aligned in straight) but I fixed that after he left just to get him out of my house.

had a couple issues but the last time was excellent!!

On time, courteous knew what they were doing. They were well briefed on work to be done.

Our dishwasher was installed correctly and we didn't have any issues running it, but they were unable to secure it to our quartz countertops so they just left it sitting in the space. My husband had to bolt it to the cabinets on both sides to keep it sturdy and secure. Wish the professionals would have done it to complete their installation.
