The installer spent time explaining everything they were doing and demonstrated that the dishwasher was level after install. They cleaned up well afterward.

They agents (they actually have badges :-)) were extremely personable and knew exactly what they were doing. Love that they bring their own shoe covers and use them.

Bought all new Samsung appliances for a new home we were building and needed the install kits for each appliance. Sales person was very helpful and offered price adjustment for me.

The entire process from scheduling to installation was smooth as silk, There were no delays or gotchss in the process. QIuck, efficient and customer focused from start to finish.

They serviced my dishwasher quickly and actually came before their time slot. Solid work and hauled away the older dishwasher.

When the installers arrived, we were told before they even got the dishwasher off the truck that we would need to pay an additional $100. Turns out dishwashers are making the transition to plug in rather than hardwired. Sloppy installation.... does not fully line up correctly.

Came on time as scheduled the guy changed quick with no issues or complaints even helped me take the old one to the curb.
