A to Z appliance installers were outstanding! Great work! Clean, efficient. Removed all old appliances and did a great job on the install. Phil pointed out a gas smell while installing, recommended I call Nicor out to check. Sure enough, leak coming from oven valve. Thanks Phil! If these are the regular installers, I would highly recommend purchasing your install. Phil and team did an outstanding job!

Dishwasher has worked well. Dislike that if I am standing at counter where it is located & bump, it is enough to start it. As it is so quiet, it takes a bit to know it is running & I have to open & then cancel. Dislike that I have to clean out filter, but this is only model I could get that would fit this area in kitchen. Cleans & dries efficiently. Much difficulty getting undamaged dishwasher delivered...finally accepting this one with minimal damage.

Very quiet and cleans well. Cycles seem overly long but all in all a nice product and looks good.

Got a call ahead of arrival for my dishwasher install. Two guys were quick to remove and haul away the old one and install the new. Everything went well; guys were great and tested it for any leaking. Overall, the process was great and quicker than I expected. They asked me if I had any questions and took the time to answer them.

I love the sleek design of this dishwasher. It is not bulky, super quiet, and does the job well! Especially on wine/champagne glasses where you often get those water droplet spots leftover. It looks gorgeous in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the brush of the stainless steel front attracts and collects all fingerprints from even just touching the handle...so we always feel we have to clean it constantly to get the smudges off. Other than that, great buy.

The two man crew that installed our dishwasher were great! They were very respectful, professional and skilled! They installed the washer very quickly testing it to make sure that it was working correctly. They explained how to operate the washer after it was installed. They cleaned up after they were done removing the old washer and all the packing from the new washer. Absolutely did a great job!

I bought a new dishwasher to replace an old one that was failing, and got installation as well. The installers came on time, wore face masks and gloves. I described some problems with the way the old dishwasher fit, and he explained how that happened, and that the new installation would not have those problems. They took away the old washer, installed the new one, verified it was working properly, and showed me how to use some of the features, answering all my questions. They were gone in about an hour. After a month, the washer is working perfectly. Great job!

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher Installers discovered and showed us a leaking garbage disposal & plumbing junction (we hadn't noticed the water in the cabinet under all the "stuff" stored there- offered to replace the leaking plumbing , waited for us to pick out a new garbage disposal at a local bigbox store and came back at the end of the day after their other appointments to install it. Very professional installers - everything has been working superbly!

So far so good, the installon went well and looks good. They showed my son how to use it. I was not at home. The onlything is that they came earlier then expected and I would have preferred to see how to use it myself.

Great job on the install, professional and courteous. These two guys came prepared to deal with some minor issues that came up, and got the job done right. These guys went over and above to get this installation done. Best Buy had totally screwed up the scheduling and delivery, and I was strongly considering cancelling the whole deal. They dealt with the issues, got the extra parts needed, and cleaned up after they were done. I was angry when they first arrived, but smiling and very happy when they were finished!

I had two installation visits, as on my first visit the dishwasher, once unboxed, was found to be very badly damaged and could not be installed. The box was undamaged, so clearly the damage was not the fault of the delivery team. Regardless, they were extremely apologetic about the inconvenience to me, and handled the situation courteously and professionally. The installation of the replacement dishwasher was performed by a single Geek Squad tech (Joshua), who installed the unit quickly and professionally, explained all the key features of the machine, made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving. Good job overall.

The fellas did an excellent job taking care not to scratch our hardwood floors. They were a two-man team and did a professional job on the installation...I would have given a 5 star but they screw the dishwasher into the existing under-the-counter holes in front, which turn out to be a bit crooked. I took them out and mounted them straight (5 minutes). Hauled the old one away for me and cleaned up after they were done.

The guys that installed my dishwasher were great!! It was not the easiest install and they did it without complaint. They showed up on time, cleaned everything up, and even offered some tips and advice for optimal performance. Highly recommend!

I love my new dishwasher! It is so quiet and large! Whirlpool, you did good! My friend paid more than twice what I did because he wanted a quiet machine. Well, I only paid $279 and I got quiet and quality.

First tech did a great job installing a dishwasher that had a big scratch. He explained that he would order a new one and reinstall it. Unfortunately, he was not there to install the replacement dishwasher. Another tech was assigned and did a horrible job. I called the install company and they sent the original tech who did a great job. I’m rating the original technician.

I really like my new dishwasher. It’s American made, quiet, and not astronomically expensive. The installation was quick and extremely efficient. After installation, I was given a lesson on how to use it.

We have had an old dishwasher that had been fixed about 4 times in the past year and the last time when it went out we decided to get the kitchenaide and it’s so awesome roomy and quiet.

These two young men arrived early, worked quickly and with deliberation, did the job well, and went well beyond our expectations. They were unintrusive and respectful. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. And the service came free with my appliance.
