Everything went great the service was second to none

Installers arrived 40 minutes past install time - but they did call to advise they would be late. They were very efficient, kept work space clean/clear etc.

Installer came at the specified window time. He completed the installation within two hours including hauling the old dishwasher to our garage. I'm very satisfied with his work.

The installation was done by professionals. The were knowledgeable nd neat. Very pleased.

It’s a hit or miss with kitchen quality but this time they were excellent. Called in advance before arrival, install went smooth.

I ordered a Frigidaire dishwasher with installation service from Best Buy. After the BestBuy technicians installed it, I noticed 2 scretches from the incorrectly screwed screwes on the service panel. I was upset, but didn't complain, as I noticed that when the job was done and they left the building. But that wasn't the biggest problem. After 3-4 cycles of operation, the dishwasher stopped working properly, causing constant short circuits. I called BestBuy customer service and was told that the problem should be fixed by the manufacturer. When the manufacturer's technician arrived, he found out that the dishwasher cable was poorly screwed on when installing the device, which caused constant short circuits. I am incredibly frustrated because I paid $180 for professional installation but ended up with additional damages, problems and a dangerous appliance situation. This situation is absolutely unacceptable, since the unprofessional services of BestBuy technicians in installing the dishwasher endangered the health of my family and the integrity of my property. I do NOT recommend to use these services! P.S. I have photos with burnt cables, but wasn't able to add it to this review for some reason.

An independent contractor installed our dishwasher. Bestbuy contacted them in our area. They were very nice and efficiently installed our dishwasher. They did a great job.
