My installers did a great job. They had to install an electrical outlet, a new water valve, and level the counter. It all happened in a timely fashion.

The installation was excellent. The installers were professional and informed us of every step along the way. They were careful not to damage our home bringing in the dishwasher and cleaned up the work area before leaving. The one installer noticed we had a less-then-optimal connection, and even though it technically wasn't part of the overall installation, he went to his truck, retrieved a part, and installed it at no additional charge. I strongly recommend Best Buy appliance installation!

Very nice looking dishwasher. Is getting my dishes very clean. Very quiet, cannot tell that it is running. Holds a little less dishes than my old one. I am very satisfied.

The installers were very professional. They knew what they were doing and were in and out quickly, even with having to rewire the connection to the power and making adjustments for custom cabinets.

We bought the dishwasher to match the refrigerator. The design for both is very stylish and elegant. The dishwasher is extremely silent, lots of options for the washing, does a good job.

Bought another Maytag dishwasher from Best Buy after ten+ years of a great one!! The person who installed the new one was very professional and fast. They delivered quickly to us too, very little wait time from purchasing to delivery.

The installers where fantastic. They where in and out in about an hour, supper freindly and very accoomdating.

They called ahead to let us know they were on the way. one guy came in to do the removal of the old one, while his partner worked on the prepping the new one outside. then they installed the new one and made sure it was stable, level and secure. ran it through a cycle and everything worked perfectly. I was amazed at their efficiency and speed of getting the complete install and haul away done

Love my new dishwasher - cleans very well and is very quiet. I love my third rack and new features, like rack adjustments, bottle streaming, etc. Also, the technician was very professional and the installation went without a hitch.

The two gentlemen that came to put in our dishwasher were professional and friendly. They went right to work finding which switch on electrical panel was the dishwasher and checked at least three times before starting to make sure- that took maybe two minutes. It only took them an hour in total to put ours in and that is with having to go downstairs and turn off the main water with a wrench because it has no handle, having to stand on an old couch (yes, I said it was fine first) to reach it, and he remembered to go back down there. The cutoff under the sun didn’t work at all, but we didn’t realize that beforehand. And it never shut off completely so I got him some buckets and he had to dump them twice- but he never missed a beat. The old dishwasher was wired up a little differently so he had to quickly brainstorm how to fix it and he did within about 3-5 minutes, he had it all figured out. They tested it and showed me how to clean the filter and how to run it. It was worth having them come so my husband didn’t spend the year yelling at the dishwasher trying to do it himself!

I love my new dishwasher. It is quiet and hold plenty of dishes. The top rack is great for odds and ends.

The techs installed my dishwasher without any issues. They were quick and efficient. The techs were very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. Very impressed

The installers were polite, efficient, and did an excellent job with the installation they encountered an issue with the length of a cord but resolved it by drilling a different hole in the adjoining cabinet so the cord could reach Before they drilled they asked permission and explained the problem

The service man was very courteous and competent. He removed the old unit and installed the new in record time with no problems. Everything is working fine and he is a credit to Best Buy.
