I appreciate how considerate the contractor was in setting up the dishwasher and not damaging surrounding cabinets. Very nice gentleman.

They were great! I had no issues. They were in and out in about 5 minutes.

Easy and on time. Didn't require removal of dishwasher like Costco. Removal is easy but seems like a silly requirement.

It’s hard to review a product that I ultimately cancelled because they kept moving the install date because “high end appliances were harder to have delivered”. After spending half and hour on the phone with some call center person that was “pretty sure” the new delivery date could happen I realized I was better off going somewhere else. Thankfully the new place was great, honest about what they could do and exceeded what they promised. I won’t go to Best Buy again for my appliances.

The workers showed up hours ahead of their scheduled time. The workers did good work, but they were missing a part that they needed to go buy and then made me pay for it. Not sure why it was my responsibility when I had already paid for the installation.

The subcontractor was on time, courteous, knowledgeable (old house with old plumbing and electric) organized and efficient. Would definitely recommend him.

Who would want to install appliances, let alone premium appliances? Best Buy has done a great job installing appliances I bought from them, so I expect good things this time.

The installer was very efficient and clean. He wore booties when he was in the house and cleaned up after. Showed me how to use it and some features. Very personable.
