Not professional

I couldn’t put my drawer back in place! My husband had to finish the job! Left trash from unloading in my street and I had to pick up and dispose of it! We’re not dressed appropriately...butt crack showing!

Small for family

The third row is basically useless. The top rack doesn’t stay shut, so constantly have to push it back in while loading. Seems to wash fine, but capacity is an issue.

Not recommended for hire

Contacted Best Buy and was on hold for 90+ minutes due to “technical difficulties”, then was told subcontractor couldn’t return for over 2 weeks. Best Buy needs to maintain better supplier relationships and hold their subcontractors responsible for the quality of work completed.
